Time trial

Damn this was difficult.... I just finished my qualification for the World cup BMX in Frejus, France. The level of women's bmx racing is pretty high, I was impressed to see how well all the girls were riding in practice. My training sessions were going a bit with ups and downs. I did most of the big jumps and the end of practice today and that gave me a satisfied feeling. We have to do 2 timed runs and your best time of those two count. My first run went a bit sketchy, I was out of control on the second jump and almost went off track!! Oopsie. At the end of the day it was time for the second run and by then the wind had picked up a lot, my time was just a bit slower then my first run. Most of the riders were slower in their second run.

Laetitia Le Corguille was the fastest women followed by Anne Carroline Chausson. Jill did well to, she ended up in 10th place. Moi in 26th place so that means I am qualified for the race tomorrow.

Men's result: 1st Kyle Bennet 2nd Mike Day 3rd Damien Godet.
